Self-Care Sunday, Everyday

Recently, I fell off my regimen of walking 10k steps a day, taking my vitamins and not skipping a meal. And ya know what? It was a familiar feeling. I know my mind and body well enough to pinpoint changes. I study and question myself daily in a way that leaves me without a choice but to ask, “what am I REALLY feeling? Why am I feeling this way? etc. etc. So, after a few months of self-analysis, I know how serious it is for me to move my body, stretch, get my heart pumping, eat healthy (as often as possible) take my vitamins and talk about the things that bother me. While I am still working on sharing the things that bother me, I will share what activities I do and what vitamins I take to feel my best. My daily must haves to feel my best, inside out.
